Qualifications and experience

Linda has an Advanced Management for Care qualification and an IOSH certificate for Managers of Care. She is an NVQ assessor for Health and Social Care and holds a Counselling Diploma. Prior to joining Step by Step Recovery, she has spent thirty years in both the public and private sectors in many different specialist, mental health settings.

Working with addiction

She has a strong background in recovery, having had responsibility for a recovery focussed pathway for the mental health charity, Richmond Fellowship. She has held various senior management positions for Craegmoor Healthcare and the Priory Group.

Working at the lighthouse

I joined Step by Step Recovery in 2018 and I am committed to ensuring that our service delivers the most effective, safe and dignified treatment programme to our clients. We support all our clients to discover new possibilities in their lives and develop control over their own health and wellbeing. I oversee the day to day operations in the clinic to ensure compliance with our regulators and good outcomes for our clients. The team here is passionate and caring and it is a pleasure to come to work.
